The protection of your personal data is important to us. Therefore, we process your information exclusively on the basis of the applicable legislation, in particular the GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Electronic Commerce Act (ECA). In this statement we inform you for the most important aspects of processing your data on our website.
What happens to your data after contacting us?
When you write to us through the form on our website or send us an email, we store your name and email address for a period of 24 hours so that we can process your request as well as answer your subsequent questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!
Storing your data
Our website uses so-called “cookies”. These are small text files that are loaded into the browser and stored on your terminal. They are harmless. We use them to keep your site easy to use. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit to our site. We use “cookies” on the basis of Art. 4a of the Law on Electronic Commerce (LEC) and Article 6, par. 1 (f) GDPR.

The processing of data for Internet traffic analysis is carried out on the basis of Article 6, para. 1 (a) and / or (f) GDPR.
Our legitimate interest in the meaning of GDPR is to improve the functionality of our site. We value the privacy of our users, so the data we use for web traffic analysis is anonymised by the technical solution provider. With the latter we have a contract for processing personal data.
You can subscribe to our newsletter / mailing list by completing the request on our site. For this, we need your email address and your consent to send you the relevant messages.
You can opt out of our subscription to our newsletter at any time. Please send your refusal to the following email address: email@example.com. We will immediately delete your data and stop sending our newsletter.
You have the right to access your data we process, as well as the right to rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), limitation of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that processing of your data is in violation of data protection regulations or if you believe that your rights under these provisions have been violated in any way, you may contact the appropriate administrative authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
